I've decided that each day, I'm going to keep track of something good that I did for:
my body
my house
someone else
and for myself.
I think it's a good way to stay on track, and make sure I'm not focusing on myself too much.
Up until now, this journey has been about weight loss. It still is, but I'm starting to find it even more important for it to be about my emotional self. Losing weight is a big part of that, but so is helping others. I feel like I haven't actively tried to be helpful since I was in young women. I really liked how that made me feel. So I'm starting today!
