Wake me up before you go go!

Lately I am ALWAYS tired.  I come home from work, and can't seem to make it through the day without a nap.  I can't decide if I am just in need of something to occupy my time, or if something is wrong.  I'd like to think that if I had a full time job, kids, and other responsibilities, that I could step up to the plate and take care of them.  I'm feeling like this isn't the case as of late.  Does anyone know of anything I could do to keep me from being so tired all the time?  Sleeping in is not an option.

Sometimes it is tough to find inspiration in life.  I like to have a few craft ideas on the back burner, just in case.

Before & After with a little Big & Rich

Kurt and I have been talking about painting our room for about a year.  We FINALLY decided it was time.

We're working on getting it all put together, and I am loving it!

My sister-in-law got free tickets to the Big & Rich concert at the state fair.  It was a blast.  They are really fun.  This picture is way crappy, but still, I was there. 

Redneck Saturday Night

I love traditions! I went to the demolition derby up in Logan again this year with Kurt's family again.  It was eventful! There was a huge wreck where a truck flipped over.  It was awesome, but also kind of scary.  Firetrucks and ambulances came and it took about 45 minutes to get the driver out of the car.  It took another 45 to get the track ready for more crashing.  They finally got restarted and then in about 20 minutes, it started pouring.  Five seconds later, power outage!  Man! 

I was trying to get a good picture of me and Kurt while we were there.  This is what I ended up with.  I think it's hilarious!

Know what sucks? Seeing current pictures of yourself and thinking, "Man, that girl is a chub! Oh wait, that's me. When did that happen?" Lame.

A Dirty Saturday Morning

I had SO MUCH FUN at Man VS Mud yesterday!  

Here are a few things I learned:

1. Mud is freaking heavy, hilariously slippery, but incredibly fun.

2. I have crazy slip n' slide abilities.

3. Less is more in terms of costumes.  Some teams carried a lot of extra weight.

4. War wounds are kind of cool. 

5. I should have practiced running {a lot} more.
